Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Our Next Conversation is operated by Relationship Foundry, LLC. By accessing or using ournextconversation.com or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service, which are between you and Relationship Foundry, LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, members, gifters, and activity directors.

2. The Service

Our Next Conversation provides a digital family-connection and engagement platform, including monthly adventure content, weekly chapters, passport stamps, and family notifications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice to active members of significant changes.

3. Memberships and Billing

Memberships are sold on an annual basis. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Your card is charged once, at purchase, for one year of access. Memberships do not renew automatically.

• Memberships are billed once and are non-refundable after the 14-day refund window (see Refund Policy)
• Access continues for one year from the date of purchase, after which the membership simply ends
• We will not charge your card again unless you choose to purchase another year
• Community pilot pricing is agreed in a separate written agreement

4. Gift Memberships

When you purchase a membership as a gift for another person, you are the account holder and billing contact. The recipient (traveler) is the platform user. You are responsible for ensuring the recipient is willing to receive the membership and that the information you provide about them (name, email, phone) is accurate.

Gift memberships are subject to the same refund policy as standard memberships.

5. Printed Cards and Physical Products

Some memberships may include personalized printed celebration cards. Where printed cards are included, by submitting content for a card (photos, written messages, voice recordings), you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use all submitted photos and content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content is appropriate for the intended recipient

Once a card has entered the print queue, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please preview carefully before approving.

6. Not Medical Advice

Our Next Conversation is an engagement and family-connection product. Nothing on the platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our full Disclaimer for details.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (reflections, voice recordings, photos, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and deliver that content as part of the service.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others outside the intended recipient relationship
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy platform content
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Next Conversation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
